SMART GREENO SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy outlines the delivery methods, timeframes, costs, and related information for orders placed with Smart Greeno. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Delivery Areas & Shipping Partners

We currently ship and deliver orders to addresses within the Kingdom of Bahrain and all countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). Deliveries are fulfilled through our trusted logistics partners, including FedEx, DHL, Aramex, and established local couriers.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment verification.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Timeframes & Costs

Delivery timeframes and costs vary based on your location. Estimated timelines begin from the date your order is shipped.

For Bahrain (Main Island), standard shipping takes approximately three to five business days and express shipping takes one to two business days. For GCC countries including Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and UAE, standard shipping takes five to ten business days and express shipping takes three to five business days. Shipping is free for orders over BD 100. A shipping fee will be calculated at checkout for orders below this value. For GCC shipments, the cost is calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and the selected service.

Note: These are estimates only. Delays due to customs, weather, or unforeseen logistics issues are possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey in real-time.

Delivery & Failed Attempts

  • Our courier will deliver to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure this address is accurate and complete.
  • The courier will typically attempt delivery once. If you are unavailable, they may leave a notification card.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to follow up using the tracking information to reschedule delivery or collect the package from the local courier depot. Unclaimed packages returned to us may incur additional reshipping fees.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (GCC Orders)

  • For orders shipped outside Bahrain, any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
  • Smart Greeno has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for information.

Damaged or Lost in Transit

  • Damaged Package: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery if possible and contact our Customer Service immediately at customer.services@alvinogroup.net. We will arrange a replacement.
  • Lost Package: If your tracking shows no updates for an unusually long time (exceeding the estimated timeframe by +7 days), please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the courier and resolve the issue.
